The attentive staff, especially Emily R. At the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the efficient check-in process and friendly maids added a personal touch to the stay. the spacious suite, exactly as pictured online, was ideal for a quick trip. For a one-night escape, this hotel proved to be a perfect choice. the amenities like the outdoor pool and fitness center were a nice bonus. Overall, a great option to unwind and explore St Petersburg while feeling welcomed and well taken care of.
